Super cute little store with some really adorable and unique items and a very friendly staff, plus good prices! Would much rather support this than big pet chains! I will say just maybe don't talk to them about what you are feeding your pet, as they told me I was "downgrading" by feeding what my vet recommended which made me feel judged and if I was a person who cared it would probably make me not go back. And to be fair this was one person who may not represent all of the staff so I'm not dinging them for it.

The ONLY store for all our pets food! Prices are low and reasonable for a local, non-chain pet store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and Matt helped me choose my dogs new food when we changed it. I will be a customer for life!

Having just moved to a new home I wanted to find a pet store that has a self wash for my queen hound Piper. Pet Palace is very close and is family owned. I do buy from the big box stores but supporting smaller businesses makes me even happier. At $10 the self-wash is a great value and there are two self washes available. You get 30 minutes and they provide everything. From a room that you can fully close the door (or leave part or fully open) to ramp for easy entry into tub, towel with cookie (nice touch Pet Palace), shampoo/conditioner, brush and scrubber you are able to wash without issue. They also They offer a vet clinic inside. I haven't used so just mentioning as one of the services they offer. Pet Palace sells a wide variety of dog, cat, fish, etc. food and products. The staff is very friendly and they have cats and dogs hanging out in the store. Feel like a queen (like my hound Piper) or king when visiting Pet Palace.

Dr. G and Dr. Meyers are great doctors.You can trust your furry baby in their care . I 've been taking my Cupcake to Dr. G since 2015. It's hard to find good Vets.But if you go to them, then you found them.

Pet Palace is my go-to for anything for my cats or my dog. They sell higher brand foods at very fair prices. In fact, I often find that they have better prices than other pet stores. Cheri and Tasha are so knowledgeable and helpful. If they ever don’t have something I need, they will special order it for me. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is such an incredible place! I took my dog here on his birthday, and the vast selection of toys and treats, plus the friendliness and kindness of the staff, made this a very special day for the pooch. Pet Palace is amazing!! Matt has the best employees!! The best fresh water plants for your aquarium! They have a hose Selection on Stella Brand of food for dogs and cats. They have adorable turtles. This place is a one stop shop.!!!
